14.4 Million UZS Damage Compensated in Bukhara Due to Low-Quality Fuel

In Bukhara region, a consumer was compensated nearly 14.4 million UZS for car damage caused by low-quality fuel. This was reported by the Competition Development and Consumer Rights Protection Committee.

According to the committee, the regional office investigated a complaint from a citizen whose car experienced a malfunction after filling 10 liters of Ai-95 gasoline at the “Narzulloobod Javohiri” gas station. Based on a service report, a special commission filed a case against the company and ensured the consumer received compensation for the damage.

The committee also shared information on other cases of restoring consumer rights related to car deliveries, purchases, and warranty services.

In Jizzakh region, a defect in the engine of a Chevrolet Tracker Premier Plus was identified and the vehicle was replaced with a new car of equivalent value.

In Qashqadaryo region, a Cobalt that had not been delivered on time despite payment was finally provided to the owner.

In Navoi region, defects in the front door trim of an Onix were fixed, and the faulty battery was replaced with a quality one.

In Samarkand region, a delayed Cobalt delivery complaint was resolved and the car was delivered to the consumer promptly.

In Surkhandarya region, a 173 million UZS Chery car that developed a malfunction shortly after purchase was fully repaired by the dealership.

In Tashkent region, a technical defect in a warranty Kia Sonet was repaired, and its oil and filter were replaced free of charge.

In Tashkent city, a defective Damas-2 D2 Style Plus vehicle was replaced with a new car of the same model.
