Uzbekistan Opens 200 Delivery Driver Jobs in Japan with Free Training and Benefits

The Migration Agency of Uzbekistan, in partnership with the Japanese company Proud Partners, has announced a recruitment campaign for 200 delivery driver positions in Japan. The initiative offers attractive salaries along with extensive support for selected candidates.

What training will candidates receive?

According to Migration Agency, successful applicants will undergo an eight-month training program starting in April 2026 in Angren, located in the Tashkent region. The training is fully бесплатный, and participants will be provided with free dormitory accommodation during this period.

How does the selection process work?

Candidates will be selected through online interviews conducted by Proud Partners from March 30 to April 3. Applicants must meet specific requirements to qualify.

  • Age: 21 to 35 years old.
  • Driver’s license: BC category license with at least three years of experience since obtaining category C.
  • Language skills: Knowledge of Japanese is a strong advantage.
  • Agreement: Willingness to accept employment terms and conditions.

What salary and working conditions are offered?

Selected workers can earn between $1,200 and $2,000 per month, with additional payments for overtime. Performance-based bonuses may also be awarded twice a year.

The job follows a shift schedule. While accommodation is provided by the employer, approximately $200 will be deducted monthly from the salary for housing. Food expenses will be covered by employees themselves.

What expenses are covered?

The program significantly reduces financial barriers for participants by covering several key costs:

  • Airfare: Fully paid travel to Japan.
  • Visa support: Assistance with obtaining a work visa.
  • Insurance: Provision of both medical and social insurance.

How can candidates apply?

Interested applicants must register through the "Xorijda ish" (Work Abroad) platform. Candidates who meet the requirements will be contacted by representatives of the Migration Agency.
