Atmosferadan uglerod gazini bevosita ushlash (DAC) iqlim o‘zgarishiga qarshi muhim texnologiya hisoblanadi. Biroq uning keng qo‘llanilishiga asosiy to‘siq — yuqori energiya sarfi. Amaldagi tizimlarda sorbentni qayta tiklash uchun 900 °C gacha qizdirish talab etiladi.

Xelsinki universiteti olimlari bu muammoni hal qiluvchi yangi kimyoviy yechimni taklif qildi. Tadqiqot Environmental Science & Technology jurnalida e’lon qilingan.

Yangi usulning kimyoviy asosi

Yangi sorbent benzil spirti va kuchli organik asos — 1,5,7-triazabitsiklo[4.3.0]non-6-en (TBN) aralashmasidan iborat. Ushbu suyuqlik CO₂ ni selektiv ravishda ushlaydi va havodagi azot hamda kislorod bilan reaksiyaga kirishmaydi.

Sinovlarda 1 gramm modda 156 mg CO₂ ni bevosita ochiq havodan yutishga qodir ekanligi aniqlandi.

Asosiy ustunlik — 70 °C da regeneratsiya

Eng muhim yutuq — sorbentni qayta tiklash uchun atigi 70 °C harorat va 30 daqiqa vaqt yetarli bo‘lishidir. Bu past potensialli issiqlikdan — sanoat chiqindi issiqligi yoki quyosh kollektorlaridan foydalanish imkonini beradi.

Cheklovlar va takomillashtirish rejalari

Hozircha asosiy muammo — barqarorlik. 50 sikldan so‘ng sorbent sig‘imi 75 % gacha, 100 sikldan keyin esa 50 % gacha kamayadi. Bu sanoat miqyosida yetarli emas.

Shuningdek, olimlar suyuq moddaning o‘rniga qattiq kompozit material yaratishni rejalashtirmoqda. Buning uchun TBN molekulalari kremniy dioksidi yoki grafen oksidi kabi g‘ovak asosga mahkamlanadi.

Ekologik xavfsizlik va kelajak istiqbollari

Reagent tarkibiy qismlari arzon, keng tarqalgan va zaharli emas. Keyingi bosqichda texnologiya kilogramm miqyosida ishlaydigan pilot qurilmada sinovdan o‘tkaziladi.

Agar materialning tez yemirilishi muammosi hal qilinsa, bu usul shahar va sanoat infratuzilmasiga integratsiyalashgan samarali havoni tozalash tizimlari uchun asos bo‘lishi mumkin.
