A new Call Center has been launched in Tashkent to improve the efficiency and speed of handling public inquiries in the field of road traffic safety. According to Tashkent City Traffic Safety Department, the center is designed to simplify communication between citizens and authorities reviewing administrative cases.

What types of inquiries are accepted?

The Call Center processes appeals from both individuals and legal entities during the review of administrative cases related to traffic violations. It also allows citizens to submit complaints and proposals regarding decisions issued for traffic offenses.
