First place in the ranking was awarded to Spain’s head coach Luis de la Fuente. He was followed by Portugal’s Roberto Martínez in second position and Argentina’s Lionel Scaloni in third. The top ten also featured national team coaches from Norway, England, France, Morocco, and Mexico.
Timur Kapadze began his coaching career in 2018, when he was appointed interim head coach of the Uzbekistan national team. He later worked within the coaching staff of Lokomotiv Tashkent, where he also managed the club’s youth squad. In 2019, Kapadze returned to the national setup as assistant head coach.
From January to November 2025, Kapadze served as head coach of the Uzbekistan national team, leading the side through an important competitive period. He is currently the head coach of Navbahor Namangan, continuing his managerial career at club level.
