Top Construction Companies With the Highest Tax Debt Revealed

According to the State Tax Committee, as of January 1, 2026, the number of construction companies with tax debts exceeding 100 million soums has reached 1,243.

The total tax debt of these companies amounts to 1.3 trillion soums. Of this figure, 522.5 billion soums — or 38.7 percent — is attributed to the 10 companies with the largest outstanding tax liabilities.

The construction companies with the highest levels of tax debt are as follows:

“Tash Building” LLC – 107 billion soums;
“Ko‘priqqurilish” JSC – 81.9 billion soums;
“Aziya Invest Favorit” LLC – 73.7 billion soums;
“Avtosanoat-Injiniring” LLC – 63.4 billion soums;
“Tamirlash Qurish Servis” LLC – 50.4 billion soums;
“Yorqin Sadaf Fasli” LLC – 40.8 billion soums;
“DM AJ BK NATEK” – 32.7 billion soums;
“Agro Asia Trade Servis” LLC – 31.5 billion soums;
“Grand Road Tashkent” LLC – 22.8 billion soums;
“Obod-Dastur-Qurilish” LLC – 18.3 billion soums.

The Tax Committee noted that these figures highlight the need to strengthen tax discipline in the construction sector and to implement systematic measures aimed at reducing outstanding tax liabilities.
