Poytaxtda joriy etilgan raqamli platforma orqali 2021–2025 yillarda 287 ming murojaat ijobiy yechim topdi. Bu umumiy arizalarning 90,2 foizini tashkil etadi. Fuqarolar faolligi 3,9 mingdan 160 mingtagacha oshdi, tizim esa boshqa hududlarga ham bosqichma-bosqich joriy etilmoqda.

Xalq nazorati platformasi qanday natijalarga erishdi?

So‘nggi besh yil davomida “Xalq nazorati” raqamli platformasi poytaxt aholisi va shahar xizmatlari o‘rtasidagi muhim aloqa mexanizmiga aylandi. Toshkent shahar hokimligi e’lon qilgan yakuniy statistik ma’lumotlarga ko‘ra, ushbu tizim orqali 287 mingta murojaat ijobiy hal etilgan. Bu ko‘rsatkich jami kelib tushgan arizalarning 90,2 foizini tashkil qiladi. Mazkur raqamlar joylardagi ijro intizomi yuqori darajada ekanini ko‘rsatadi.

Fuqarolar faolligi yillar davomida qanday o‘zgardi?

Tahlillar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, aholining shahar boshqaruvida ishtiroki sezilarli darajada oshgan. Platforma 2021 yilda ishga tushirilgan paytda murojaatlar soni atigi 3,9 mingta edi. 2025 yil yakuniga kelib esa bu ko‘rsatkich 160 mingtaga yetdi. Bunday keskin o‘sish nafaqat raqamli xizmatlarning ommalashganini, balki aholining muammolar tezkor hal etilishiga bo‘lgan ishonchi ortganini ham anglatadi. Muvaffaqiyatli tajriba asosida loyiha hozirda O‘zbekistonning boshqa hududlarida ham bosqichma-bosqich joriy etilmoqda.

Hozirgi murojaatlar tarkibi qanday?

6-fevral holatiga ko‘ra, poytaxt aholisi tomonidan shahar xizmatlariga 1058 ta murojaat yuborilgan. Qish mavsumiga xos ravishda shikoyatlarning 50 foizi uy-joy kommunal xo‘jaligi masalalariga to‘g‘ri kelmoqda. Isitish tizimi, elektr ta’minoti hamda turar joy fondini saqlash bilan bog‘liq muammolar murojaatlar orasida yetakchilik qilmoqda.

Shahar hokimligi yana qanday masalalarni nazorat qilmoqda?

Ma’muriyat faoliyati faqat mobil ilova orqali kelib tushgan arizalar bilan cheklanmaydi. Axborot maydonida shov-shuv uyg‘otgan boshqa masalalar ham e’tiborda. Avvalroq UPL nashri Toshkent shahar hokimligi Lotte City Hotel Tashkent Palace (sobiq “Toshkent” mehmonxonasi) binosi buzilishi rejalashtirilayotgani haqidagi mish-mishlarni rasman rad etganini ma’lum qilgan edi. Hokimiyat shahar infratuzilmasi bilan bir qatorda markazning tarixiy qiyofasini saqlashga ham alohida e’tibor qaratmoqda.
